Returns

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment. A return label must be purchased independently through a courier or parcel service of your choice.

Please ensure that:

• The original packing slip is included with the return
• Items are unworn and unused
• Items are free from stains, odours, damage, or marks
• All original packaging is included
• Original hangtags remain attached to the item

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
