By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bobby Blanks reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizing information and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, colours may vary depending on individual screen settings.

Obvious errors, pricing mistakes, typographical errors or inaccuracies shall not be binding.

  1. Orders

An agreement is formed once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Bobby Blanks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incorrect information, suspected fraud, technical errors or unforeseen stock issues.

  1. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Bobby Blanks shall not be held liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused

• Items must be free from stains, damage, odours or any signs of wear

• All original hangtags must remain attached

• Original packaging must be included

• The original packing slip must be enclosed

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers must independently purchase a return label through a courier or postal service of their choice.

Personal returns delivered directly to this address will not be accepted. Returns are accepted by post only.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us through the live chat on our website within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  1. Retention of Title

All products remain the property of Bobby Blanks until full payment has been received.

  1. Liability

Bobby Blanks shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Our total liability shall at all times be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
