By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Bobby Blanks sells clothing, accessories and digital gift cards.

We do our best to display all products, colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, fit or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting or product photography.

All product information, prices and availability may be changed at any time.

  1. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is accepted once payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error in pricing, stock, product information, payment or suspected misuse.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the paid amount will be refunded.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment must be completed through one of the available payment methods at checkout.

Orders are only processed after successful payment.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping details.

Bobby Blanks is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, contact us through the live chat on our website within 14 days after receiving your order.

After informing us, the return must be sent back within 14 days.

  1. Returns

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment.

Before sending your return, make sure:

The original packing slip is included.
Items are unworn and unused.
Items are free from stains, odours, damage or marks.
All original packaging is included.
Original hangtags remain attached to the item.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Returns are only accepted by post. Personal deliveries to this address are not accepted.

  1. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned item or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

Original standard shipping costs will be refunded when the full order is returned.

Return shipping costs are not refunded.

If only part of an order is returned, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  1. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, you can return your order and place a new order through the website.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us through the live chat on our website as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

  1. Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen or used gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded, unless required by law.

You may only use this website for lawful purposes.

You may not misuse the website, copy content without permission, attempt to damage the website or interfere with its security.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product photos, text, designs and brand elements, belongs to Bobby Blanks or its partners.

You may not copy, use, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

  1. Liability

De Goede Labels B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or damage caused by misuse of products or the website.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

De Goede Labels B.V. is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, strikes, supply issues, technical problems, extreme weather or government measures.
